Welcome to Kolibri Oasis Escape B.V.! By booking and staying in one of our accommodations, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and payment terms

| Bank charges |
All bank charges are to be borne by the guest. Any outstanding amounts will be settled at check-out. |

2. Damage liability

3. Check-in and check-out

| Condition of accommodation |
Should be left clean and tidy. Please dispose of rubbish before departure. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges. |
4. Use and behaviour

Must not exceed the stated number of persons. Violations may result in eviction without refund. |

Not permitted unless expressly approved in writing. Violation may result in immediate eviction without refund. |

| Pets |
Permitted only if requested in advance and confirmed by us. An additional cleaning fee of $50 per clean will be charged. |

Strictly prohibited indoors. Only permitted outdoors. In case of violation: cleaning fee and possible damage liability. |
5. Maintenance and repairs

Must be reported immediately. Emergency repairs will be fixed straight away; non-urgent repairs during business hours. |
| Cleaning |
Rooms are cleaned every 4 days and after check-out. You are welcome to request fresh bed linen and towels. |
6. Liability and insurance
| Security of accommodation |
Is the responsibility of the guest. All doors and windows must be locked when absent. |
| Personal belongings |
Kolibri Oasis Escape B.V. is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items. Travel insurance is recommended. |
| Indemnification |
The guest agrees to indemnify Kolibri Oasis Escape B.V. against any claims arising from the use of the accommodation. |
7. Termination of rental agreement
| The agreement may be terminated immediately in case of violations, illegal activities or damage to the accommodation. The guest must vacate the premises immediately; no refund. |
8. Applicable law
| This agreement is governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes will be settled by the courts of Curaçao. |
9. Data protection
| Personal data is used solely for the processing of reservations and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law. |
